To $180k plus bonus. Responsible for global packaging equipment sales, baggers and cartoners sales in N. America. Technical sales, inside sales, customer relations. KPI’s include strategic sales leadership, order intake, sales, gross margins and net profits, customer relationships and cost management.

Requirements include 10 years experience in sales and sales management, with a BS degree in engineering or business. Some global experience would be desirable. Position requires both management of the sales team as well as collaborating with senior management in support of corporate and divisional sales goals. Interviewing will focus on experience, capabilities and the cultural fit with the organization and its team members.
