TITLE: Director of Nursing / Hospital Setting
LOCATION: Salina, KS

What they’re looking for:
•Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. RN Licensure required.
•5 years of Acute Care Nursing experience along with 3 years of management experience.
•Critical Access Hospital experience preferred.
Hours and compensation potential:
• Position is day shift.
• The range is between 65K-90K depending on experience.
• Full benefits package including relocation assistance.
What you’ll be doing:
•Responsible for directing, overseeing, and providing appropriate leadership to the Nursing department in support and promotion of The Medical Center’s mission, vision, and values. 
•This includes business planning, organizing, and controlling the department of nursing and patient services.  
•Oversees a multi-unit department comprised of clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring patient care is in accordance with accepted standards. 
•Authority and accountability for nursing practice, nursing education, and nursing activities. 
•Maintains collaborative relationships with other departments and provides consultation services, as necessary.
•All duties are conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, established policies and procedures, and quality standards.
What you can expect is:
• Reports to the COO. Will supervise around 30 FTE’s. 
• The Medical Center is a 19 bed critical access hospital.
