Job Responsibilities: 

• Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives to support recruiting, staffing, performance management, training, compensation, and benefits.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive employee development programs.
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace culture and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Manage HR-related software systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Provide coaching and support to management teams on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and performance improvement plans.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, and manage vendor relationships to ensure competitive offerings.

 Job Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute for education requirements).
• 5+ years of HR management experience, including experience in leading teams.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with professionalism and integrity.
