Director of Construction

Lead our construction team to success

As our Director of Construction, you’ll play a vital role in the success of our Design-Build company. You’ll lead our team of experienced professionals in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and on budget.

You’ll also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for the construction division, and collaborating with the leadership team on all aspects of revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the construction team and ensure successful project completion

• Oversee construction workload and allocate resources effectively

• Set goals, monitor work, and evaluate results

• Develop and implement company policies and procedures

• Report on key factors influencing the performance of the construction division

• Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees

Qualifications:

• 10-20 years of experience in the construction industry

• Proven success in project management, scheduling, estimating, negotiations, planning, budget development, and strategic planning

• Experience with Design-Build construction delivery methods

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Multi-tasking ability
