• Drive business development strategy aligned with the firm’s growth goals • Identify, pursue, and secure new clients and project opportunities • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, public agencies, and industry partners • Lead and support pursuits, RFQs/RFPs, interviews, and presentations • Collaborate with principals, studio leaders, and marketing to position the firm competitively • Represent the firm at industry events and within the Kansas City AEC community • Track pipeline activity and report on BD performance and forecasting
