Client is a global leader in the sustainable packaging industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead new packaging adhesive products from ideation to product transfer
- Design and execute Test/Pilot testing trials for coatings and adhesive products
- Help select, qualify and assess new vendors and raw material suppliers.
- Participate in cost reduction and quality improvement for existing products including root cause analysis
Qualifications:
- BS in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or similar
- At least 4 years in adhesives development
- Experience with food packaging, paperboard and water based adhesives
