Responsibilities:
- Innovative Product Design:
- Conceptualize, design, and develop innovative product solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals.

- Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Lead, drive, and support collaborative efforts between various departments, including research, engineering, tooling, and manufacturing.
- Ensure seamless communication throughout all phases of the product development life cycle, from initial ideation to product launch.
- Problem Resolution and Coordination:
- Identify and address development and design challenges by coordinating closely with research, engineering, tooling, and manufacturing teams.
- Implement effective solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Vendor Collaboration:
- Coordinate efforts with external vendors and sources, leveraging their expertise, resources, and assistance to enhance the product development process.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budget constraints.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in product design and development, with a focus on innovation.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and design software.
- Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome design challenges.

· 1. Master degree in Mechanical Engineering
