Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to fill the position of Dean – Workforce Development. This role is crucial in shaping the strategy and implementation of workforce development programs, fostering partnerships, and ensuring the alignment of educational offerings with market demands.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Experience in establishing and managing VN/PN program and starting an associate in Nursing
• Must have experience leading a program
• Must have 2 years Leadership in higher education
• Minimum MSN or higher education
• Flexible availability required (mornings evenings Weekends on occasion)
• All faculty are per diem so 8-10 direct reports
• Relocation potential not confirmed
• Must have in state license
