Job Title: Customer Account Supervisor

Are you a natural leader who enjoys building strong customer relationships while keeping operations running smoothly?
We’re seeking a Customer Account Supervisor to lead a high-performing account management team and ensure exceptional service for our customers in the industrial and manufacturing sector.

In this role, you’ll combine your leadership skills, mechanical aptitude, and customer-first mindset to oversee daily operations, support a team of account managers, and help customers get the solutions they need to keep their businesses moving.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing coaching, training, and support.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and growth.

  • Review and approve customer quotes and orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Support your team with escalated issues, helping resolve complex orders and customer needs.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor the order entry and fulfillment process to ensure smooth operations.

  • Partner with internal teams to meet customer expectations and exceed service goals.

  • Actively contribute ideas to improve quality, efficiency, and cost savings across the department.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 2–4 years of technical customer sales or account management experience.

  • Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working in the manufacturing sector.

  • Excellent communication skills and phone presence.

  • Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
