We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist to join a cutting-edge Radiology Department in Syracuse, NY. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in an outpatient setting, performing both CT and General Radiography procedures. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Perform CT and general x-ray exams with accuracy and care, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Interpret and follow physicians’ orders and scanning protocols.
Administer contrast materials as required, adhering to safety guidelines.
Clearly explain imaging procedures to patients, answering all questions and addressing concerns.
Operate and adjust CT imaging equipment to obtain optimal diagnostic images.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, DNV, NYS regulations, and departmental procedures.
Apply proper radiation safety techniques to protect patients and staff.
Report equipment malfunctions and document findings using PACS, RIS, and EMR systems.
Assist with quality assurance, area cleanliness, and inventory management.
