The Customs Compliance Specialist is responsible for working with Customs Brokers, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), and other governmental agencies to maintain, implement and coordinate import compliance activities for this manufacturing organization. This will be under Title 19 of the CFR and CBSA regulations, including audits, classifications, Preferential Duty Treatment Programs, recordkeeping, and SOPs.

The Customs Compliance Specialist will also train, teach, and provide technical knowledge and provide guidance to associates as a Subject Matter Expert.
