Corporate & Estate Planning Attorney

Please note: This is a transactional attorney position that requires attorneys to be on-site five days per week at the Salt Lake City, UT office. Relocation is acceptable.

Job Description:

• Draft and review Estate Planning documents to ensure clients’ assets are protected and efficiently transferred.
• Prepare and analyze entity formation documents for LLCs, Corporations (both for- and non-profit), LPs, etc.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts that meet clients’ legal and business needs.
• Serve as general counsel to business owners, providing strategic advice and legal guidance on various matters.
• Conduct legal due diligence and offer strategic counsel to clients to navigate complex transactions and planning.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the bar with the ability to practice law.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal practice, with a focus on estate planning and business transactions.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent research and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in legal administrative tasks, including document management and organization.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
