Job Responsibilities:
– Manage the month-end closing process and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy while continuously improving efficiency and preparation of account reconciliations.
– Prepare monthly financial statements and assist in the preparation of financial reporting package and variance analysis.
– Responsible for revenue recognition and cost accrual procedures.
– Lead the development of innovative tools and processes to integrate our systems and enhance performance
– Partner with teams such as sales, marketing, pricing, and inventory
– Build and maintain robust financial controls and procedures
Qualifications:
– Accounting degree with 5+ years of proven experience
– Technical proficiency in ERP, and advanced Excel skills
