Controller / CFO (#1 Role / Manufacturing)

Initiating a search for a Controller / CFO (#1 Role / Manufacturing & Distribution) for a well-positioned, $40MM+ (and growing…organic and thru acquisition), multi-site/multi-state manufacturing & distribution company headquartered in the broader Omaha metropolitan area.  Position will lead a small team of experienced professionals and be responsible for overseeing/managing all aspects of the accounting/finance function (i.e. transactional, month-end close, internal/external financial reporting, budget process, financial/operational analysis (FP&A), cash/treasury, budgeting/forecasting/, KPI’s/dashboarding, ERP, etc.) and driving both the identification and capture of accounting/finance/business process (and technology) streamlining/value-add opportunities.  Position will be heavily involved with and have touchpoints across the organization and offers future career growth potential to CFO.
