Controller
 
This role will provide key leadership in corporate and operational financial functions including financial and operational control; financial systems implementation; planning, forecasting and analysis; financial and operational reporting; capital formation; cash flow treasury; risk management, audit; taxes; cost containment; working capital management; management of and principal interaction with lenders and other key outside financial service providers; as well as supporting corporate development activities.
 
Specific responsibilities will include:
  • Providing insight and recommendations for both short-term and long-term operational and financial growth plans for the organization.
  •         Managing financial performance, including financial planning, analysis, budgeting/forecasting, project specific financial analysis and general risk analysis; this includes an ability “to rise above the numbers” with a critical review of key drivers, while instilling best processes that provide financial and operating data that leads to business optimization.
  •        Implementing KPI and dashboard metrics to provide insights and drive operational and financial performance, including measurement of facility, product, market, and customer profitability.
  •         Providing timely and accurate reporting and analysis, both written and oral, of financial and associated business information to the board, internal, external, and regulatory constituencies.
  •         Monitoring and managing the Company’s cash position including cash flow and cash projections.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a proven finance executive with progressive financial management experience. A combination of large-cap and small-cap experience is viewed as the ideal mix.  Experience in multi-site environments with success integrating information, data and operations is strongly preferred.  Prior experience working with M&A/integration is also beneficial.
