Commercial Litigation Associate

Our client is a global law firm and has been practicing for over 100 years. They seek an associate with 2 – 4 years of commercial litigation experience to join the Firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group in Los Angeles. (Hybrid)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assume significant responsibility in the management of their matters, and to take on a front-facing role with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
• Judicial Clerkship experience is preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials, and strong writing and analytical skills are required.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

•  A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
• Bar membership, active and in good standing, in California is also required
• To be considered you must submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and writing sample.
• Salary range is $235,000 to $260,000, dependent on experience and qualifications. Plus, a full range of benefits for you and your eligible dependents.
