Our General Contractor is interviewing for an progressive Project Manager that takes action and builds business.
The ideal Project Manager our client is looking for will lead the way for new business development and encourage repeat clientele as well as manage local/national commercial projects to successful completion.
They are a small, nimble and innovatively fast-growing North Nashville Commercial General Contractor operating throughout the Southeast.
The PM will need to have experience running projects up to $5M size and specializing in renovation & new ground-up retail, office space, restaurants, shopping centers, and big box facilities.
The PM is responsible for overseeing all project related estimates & budgets, all construction site operations, safety procedures, leading the project with the superintendent regarding: scheduling, business development, customer relationships, and quality control for each project.
This role will require a strong ability to lead, teach others, and set the bar for project management team and field operations team.
Necessary Experience
Skills and Responsibilities
• Build-Out & Ground-Up Commercial project experience (via GC) required
• Commercial Construction Experience (Projects $500K-$5+MM)
• Estimating Expertise to Bid Future projects
• Strong Planning & Communication skills
• Negotiating | Contracts experience
• Ability to work well with a small team
• Impeccable organizational skills
• Relationship building experience with owners around the area
