CNC Machinist / Programmer

Our client is a seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join their team. They offer a dynamic and flexible work environment where you’ll transform bar stock metals into precision fittings using your preferred programming software or our MasterCam and HAAS Conversational programming tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program CNC machines from a flat drawing/print/spec using G-code, HAAS Conversational, or CAD.
• Set up machines from start to finish, applying your in-depth knowledge of machining techniques and processes.
• Operate and monitor machines as needed to ensure top-quality production.
• Produce components in small runs of 1-25 pieces, with occasional larger runs of 100+.
• Maintain high-quality standards and precision in workmanship.
• Ideally, have mill experience to run our vertical mill VF-5SS.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in CNC machining and programming.
• Familiarity with MasterCam or HAAS Conversational programming preferred.
• Ability to interpret and program from engineering drawings and prints.
• Strong knowledge of machining techniques and ability to set up and operate machines independently.
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
