What We’re Looking For
  • CNC Mastery
    • 2–3 years of experience running vertical and horizontal mills.
    • Ability to set up, run, and inspect complex components to tight tolerances.
  • Programming Skills (Big Plus)
    • Familiarity with G-code/CAM software and on-the-fly program editing.
  • Eagle-Eye Precision
    • A zero-defect mindset—knowing that a thousandth of an inch can make all the difference.
  • Collaborative Spirit
    • Strong communication, a positive attitude, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
