The Licensed Clinical Supervisor oversees the daily clinical operations of a outpatient behavior health clinic located in Penn Yan, NY. This position will oversee other therapists and act as a mentor to new grad therapists.
This position will work in collaboration with the Associate Director and Site Administrator. Responsibilities include working with clients either individually or in a group setting, addressing mental health concerns.
Qualifications
Education:
Masters in Social Work
Licensure:
LCSW and NYS Driver’s License clear of violations consistent with clinic policy.
Experience:
2 years leadership experience in a mental health or hospital setting. Experience with OMH regulations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will understand the importance of accountability and has strong role model attributes.

LCSW Required.
