Clinical Manager ER
Location: Las Cruces, NM
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $101,000 – $135,000 annually

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the ER Department: Manage and coordinate clinical activities to deliver quality patient care under the direction of the Program Director.

  • Set Goals & Prioritize: Establish objectives based on patient needs, staff requirements, and organizational goals.

  • Span of Care: Provide services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics.

  • Manage Staff: Oversee and mentor nursing staff to maintain high standards of patient care.

  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold regulatory standards, policies, and procedures within the department.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of a School of Nursing (BSN preferred)

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in an ER or management setting

  • Supervisory Experience: 3–5 years in a management/supervisory role

  • Licensure: Current New Mexico RN License or Compact RN License

  • Certifications: CPR certification required
