We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Coordinator to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a pivotal member of our organization, the Clinical Coordinator will oversee all aspects of patient care within the dialysis unit, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety. This role requires not only strong clinical knowledge but also exceptional leadership skills, as you will guide and inspire a team of nurses and support staff in providing care to patients with chronic kidney conditions. You will be responsible for the effective management of staffing, budgeting, and operational protocols, all while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. In this role, you will also function as a primary liaison between patients, families, medical staff, and other healthcare providers, ensuring that each patient’s experience is positive and conducive to their overall health and well-being. Your leadership will contribute to improved patient outcomes and a collaborative work environment, enabling our team to thrive in delivering exceptional dialysis care. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the dialysis unit, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Manage, mentor, and schedule nursing staff, promoting professional development and a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of dialysis equipment and supplies.
  • Monitor patient care quality and outcomes, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Conduct staff education and training sessions on dialysis protocols and best practices.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to maintain operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 12 months of nursing experience +  6 Hemo Dialysis
  • Strong leadership and management skills in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
  • Knowledge of dialysis treatment modalities and related medical procedures.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and make sound clinical decisions.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare technologies.
