Role: Client Success Manager
Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)
Compensation: ~$100K–$120K base + bonus (flexible depending on experience)

They specialize in high-volume payment processing solutions across industries including financial services, lending, eCommerce, and other complex merchant segments. The organization is scaling rapidly and building out its Client Success function to support enterprise growth.
Position Overview
This is a strategic Client Success role focused on managing and growing a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise clients. The position is responsible for driving retention, renewals, and expansion while serving as a trusted advisor on payment optimization, risk considerations, and operational performance.
