Responsibilities:
Master trials and arbitrations: Prepare compelling arguments, conduct impactful depositions, and deliver winning presentations.
Craft legal strategies: Dive deep into case details, research complex legal issues, and build watertight arguments.
Negotiate favorable settlements: Advocate for clients’ best interests and resolve disputes effectively.
Guide clients through litigation: Provide clear & concise legal advice, instill confidence, and navigate the litigation process with expertise.
Qualifications:
California State Bar license & minimum 1-5 years’ civil/trial experience.
Proven track record of success in trials & arbitration hearings.
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
