Job Description

• Handle a variety of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Independently manage cases and collaborate with other attorneys as needed
• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal documents
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Provide clients with ongoing updates and strategic guidance
• Research legal issues and craft case strategies

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom skills
• Experience handling depositions, motion practice, and client communication
• Active Ohio bar license in good standing
• Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and deadlines
