  • Establish comprehensive systems to measure outcomes and program effectiveness.
  • Build and enhance the organization’s brand, fostering strong relationships with community partners, donors, educational institutions, and key stakeholders.

Program Development and Evaluation:

  • Lead the evolution of cutting-edge educational programs, ensuring curriculum relevance, industry standards alignment, and the acquisition of key certifications.
  • Develop metrics and evaluation frameworks to track program success and long-term impact.
  • Stay on the pulse of emerging trends in computer science education, integrating the latest best practices to deliver exceptional learning experiences.

Fundraising and Development:

  • Spearhead fundraising efforts, securing major gifts from foundations, corporations, individual donors, and government agencies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising campaigns that fuel the organization’s growth and mission.
  • Lead grant writing initiatives, ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements and funding regulations.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily operations with a focus on efficiency, resource optimization, and high-impact delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and board-approved processes.
  • Develop operational strategies that maximize program outcomes while minimizing costs.
  • Manage finance and HR functions, including budget development and workforce planning.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a talented team of staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative and mission-driven work environment.

Platform Development:

  • Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and large language model (LLM) platforms to pioneer personalized program delivery for K-8 students.
  • Integrate technology into the organization’s framework to enhance educational outcomes and streamline operations.

Leadership & Experience Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in a senior leadership role within a non-profit organization, preferably in youth education. Proven success in securing funding from diverse sources and driving organizational growth.
  • Fundraising Expertise: Demonstrated experience in individual donor campaigns, major grants, and corporate partnerships.
  • STEM Focus: Exposure to curriculum development in STEM or computer science is highly preferred.
