Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists (OTRs) to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
• Execute therapy activities tailored to patient needs and capabilities
• Assist patients with daily living activities and teach use of adaptive equipment
• Monitor and encourage patient progress during therapy sessions
• Provide supervision to ensure proper execution of patient activities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and outcomes
• Communicate patient progress to the supervising OTR/L
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current Pennsylvania OTA license
• Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting desired
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in rehabilitation software and documentation
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development
