We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiographer with Cardiac Catheterization experience to join our dynamic team for a 13-26 week assignment, and has the opportunity to be temp to perm. This role is crucial in supporting our commitment to providing exceptional cardiac care to their patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac cath procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Operate advanced cardiac catheterization equipment to assist in diagnosing and treating heart conditions.
Collaborate with the cardiac care team to prepare patients for procedures, including pre-procedure assessments and post-procedure care.
Manage and maintain cath lab equipment, ensuring all components are functioning optimally.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely and effective cardiac care outside regular working hours.
Qualifications:
ARRT
IEMA
Relevant certification or degree in Cardiac Catheterization Technology or a related field.
Proven experience in a cardiac cath lab setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to respond quickly and efficiently in emergency situations.
