CAD Technician

Join our team as a CAD Technician, where precision meets innovation in construction projects. As a CAD Technician, your role is crucial in ensuring that methods drawings adhere to set standards and QHSE Policies for seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop means and methods drawings detailing construction sequences, temporary works, formwork definitions, lifting operations, and logistical considerations like scaffolding and accesses.

– Meet all requirements from Employers and stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution.

– Create drawings following the workflows outlined in the CADD Manual, guaranteeing compliance with industry standards using software like AutoCAD, 2D, 3D, and Autodesk Civil 3D.

– Collaborate closely with various departments and engineers to streamline processes.

– Incorporate quality and safety measures to mitigate risks in execution methods and sequence drawings.

– Provide regular progress updates on design development.

– Share drawings with the design or construction team for review, incorporating feedback to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

– Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

– Ability to interpret civil engineered construction plans effectively.

– Familiarity with survey data processing, including GPS and conventional methods (desired but not mandatory).

– Minimum of 3 years of CAD experience.
