Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a highly-skilled and motivated Junior-Level Associate Attorney to join their Business Litigation Practice Group in Dallas. This is a growth position offering significant mentorship opportunities and a clear path for advancement within the firm.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Candidates must be in the top third of their law school class.
- Bar Admission in Texas.
- 2–4 years of substantive experience in commercial litigation.
- Experience handling general civil and commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
- Familiarity with the litigation landscape in real estate, construction, technology, and financial services industries.
- Prior AmLaw 200 experience required.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to draft complex legal arguments effectively.
- Strong organizational and matter management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters across various industries.
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and briefs.
- Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and clients in a fast-paced legal environment.
