A premier legal team is seeking an attorney with 2-6 years of commercial litigation experience to join its practice. The ideal candidate will have strong case management skills, legal writing abilities, and courtroom experience in complex business disputes.

Position Responsibilities:

• Handle case strategy, research, pleadings, and motions
• Conduct discovery, draft and respond to written requests, and prepare for depositions
• Draft compelling briefs, legal arguments, and case summaries
• Manage multiple litigation matters while working with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses
• Contribute to high-profile litigation and trial teams in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of broad commercial litigation experience at a top law firm
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with senior attorneys
• High level of initiative, motivation, and strategic thinking

Compensation & Benefits:
