BUSINESS LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 200 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate with at least four years experience to join their national Business Litigation team.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active California bar license.
• At least 4 years’ business litigation experience, including managing all aspects of case work-up and trial preparation.
• Expertise in legal research and writing, including drafting briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, along with excellent communication and client interaction skills.
• Ambitious, driven, and a team-oriented mindset to support and grow our national litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of business litigation cases, including case work-up, trial preparation, and courtroom representation.
• Draft and review critical legal documents, including briefs, complaints, and motions.
• Provide strategic advice and manage sophisticated business litigation matters.
• Engage directly with clients and play an active role in developing case strategy.
