This person would be vertical construction focused – hospitality, towers, multifamily. This role demands an individual who is an initiative-taker, loves a challenge, and remains customer-focused. You must be driven by objectives, eager to expand your knowledge, and intent on delivering superior customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on provided leads.
  • Relationship development with building owners and property managers
  • Lead generation and community networking
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
  • Work with customers to sign contracts and turn them in for production
  • Hit minimum weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales goals

Who are we looking for?

  • Great at building relationships with people.
  • Exercises independent judgment and initiative and possess excellent analytical skills with a strong technical knowledge
  • Computer savvy and capable of learning other computer applications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

  • Self-Starter
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred, but not required
  • Construction industry experience is preferred
  • Previous sales experience is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
