This position involves shaping priorities, coordinating cross-team efforts, and ensuring outcomes meet both user and organizational expectations, using Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities of the Business Analytics Product Lead:
Define strategic initiatives and roadmaps for data-centered solutions that address business objectives.
Break down high-level plans into actionable tasks, scenarios, and validation criteria.
Lead solution design discussions, collaborating closely with technical contributors.
Keep a clear and actionable list of work items, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.
Partner with operational and technical teams to verify that solutions function as intended.
Provide regular updates on progress to internal stakeholders and project participants.

Qualifications of the Business Analytics Product Lead:
2+ years of experience guiding projects or product initiatives in an Agile environment.
Familiarity with data-informed solutions, reporting tools, or analytics systems.
Ability to interpret insights and translate them into actionable initiatives.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
