We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals with behavioral and developmental challenges to improve their overall quality of life. Your expertise in behavior analysis will be used to assess and develop effective treatment plans for each individual, with the goal of reducing challenging behaviors and increasing social and adaptive skills.
In this role, you will work directly with clients and their families, providing behavior assessments, designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality and evidence-based interventions. Additionally, you will provide training and guidance to caregivers and other professionals involved in the client’s care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis, with a deep understanding of the principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). They will have a passion for helping individuals with special needs and a commitment to promoting positive change.
