Bilingual Behavioral Health Clinician (Spanish) 
Location: Hartford, Connecticut, United States

Seeking a Clinician who will work with a professional and innovative clinical team to provide clients with a full range of counseling services for their mental health, substance use and/or co-occurring disorder recovery needs.

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide individual and group therapy to assigned clients.
  • Provide intake into Behavioral Health program as needed and complete assessments as indicated.
  • Carry active caseload of regular clients and meet agency productivity standards.
  • Make appropriate referrals and maintains contact with other therapists, physicians and agencies involved in client’s case.
  • Have familiarity and comfort working with issues related to homelessness, substance abuse, mental health diagnosis, and history of trauma.
  • Have demonstrated knowledge and competency regarding diagnosis, assessment and treatment of behavioral health services.
  • Have excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work with interdisciplinary team.
  • The ability to generate high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Must demonstrate age specific/population specific competencies in area(s) of practice. Knowledge and skills related to individual, group and family system dynamics.
  • Must possess demonstrated cultural competency and ability to serve diverse client population.
  • All candidates for employment at must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Minimum Educational Qualifications and experience required:

  • Master’s degree in social work
  • 0-5 years of experience
  • CT independent licensure (open to LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English), required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,900.00 – $70,000.00 per year
