Banking-related / foreclosure Litigation Staff Attorney (non-partnership track)

Our client, a distinguished AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a dedicated Staff Attorney to join their Banking & Financial Services Litigation Team in North Jersey, South Jersey, or Philadelphia. This full-time position offers the opportunity to represent lenders in mortgage foreclosure actions while working closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative and dynamic environment. This is a non-partnership track position.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction.
- 2–4 years of substantive experience representing lenders in mortgage foreclosure actions.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience handling all phases of foreclosure litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, and client communications.
- Bankruptcy experience is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent financial institutions in mortgage foreclosure litigation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to foreclosure matters.
- Manage case files, conduct legal research, and develop case strategies.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding case progress and legal strategies.
- Collaborate with firm attorneys to ensure effective case management and successful outcomes.
