Our client, a leading AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Staff Attorney to join their Banking Litigation Practice Group. This is a hybrid role, providing an opportunity to work both remotely and from one of the firm’s offices in NY, FL, NJ, or PA. This is a non-partnership track position.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction.
• 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience, including drafting motions, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, and appearing at court hearings.
• Strong knowledge of Articles 3 and 4 of the UCC and experience with consumer protection statutes, including EFTA, FCRA, FDCPA, UDAAP, TILA, and RESPA.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a range of banking and consumer litigation matters, handling all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Conduct and manage discovery, including depositions and document review.
• Appear in court for hearings and other proceedings as needed.
• Advise clients on compliance and risk mitigation strategies related to banking and consumer protection statutes.

The firm provides a competitive compensation package, including an annual salary range of $135,000–$150,000, commensurate with experience, along with discretionary bonuses and a comprehensive benefits suite.
