About the Role:
As Area Vice President, Enterprise East Sales, you’ll lead a team of Regional Directors and AEs to drive success with large prospects. You’ll oversee hiring, strategy, territory planning, and sales enablement, working closely with the executive team and cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Regional Directors and AEs, focusing on forecasting, strategy, and revenue targets
- Develop and execute plans to exceed ACV targets
- Track team KPIs and provide coaching for success
- Collaborate with internal teams to align and optimize GTM strategy
- Cultivate a high-performance, accountable team culture
- Partner with Sales Enablement for training and consistency
- Ensure effective use of CRM and sales tools for pipeline management
Qualifications:
- 5+ years leading SaaS sales teams at the Enterprise level (Transportation, TMS or Trucking is preferred)
- 7+ years managing Enterprise-level sales teams
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Collaborative mindset and ability to lead by example
- Must be located in the Eastern U.S. region.
