Audit Senior – Assurance & Advisory

Responsibilities

• Perform audit or review procedures and assist with other assigned projects.
• Understand client industries, business operations, and accounting/control systems.
• Assess risks and evaluate internal control structures.
• Conduct analytical procedures, substantive tests, and controls testing to identify and resolve accounting/reporting issues.
• Draft and review financial statements and other client deliverables.
• Train, supervise, and review the work of staff auditors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in all phases of engagements, from planning to issuance.
• Demonstrate proficiency in technical skills, quality work, and adherence to professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of public accounting experience.
• Experience with not-for-profit organizations, unions, and benefit plans.
• CPA license
• Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
