Description

CPA firm is looking for an experienced, sharp‐minded and personable Audit Manager, Director, or Partner to join our team. We are looking for someone who is willing to provide outstanding services for our nonprofit clients. The ideal candidate must be ready to work with wonderful nonprofit clients, must be organized and have superior communication skills.

Duties:

Plan and execute audits in accordance with auditing standards;

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as the clients primary contact where appropriate;

Identify issues and make suggestions for improvement;

Communicate status of work on a timely basis;

Complete assigned projects within engagement timelines;

Travel (if hybrid) to client assignments as needed;

Participate in trainings and firm activities

Requirements:

A passion for serving nonprofit organizations;

Loyal, willing to learn;

Minimum of 5 years of related experience;

Bachelors degree in accounting or related field;

Previous experience in a public accounting firm;

CPA or demonstrated progress towards obtaining CPA;

Superior verbal and written communication skills;

Ability to multi‐task, prioritize responsibilities and take initiatives on projects;

Exceptional project and time management skills;

Strong attention to detail;

Ability to be flexible.

Desire to quickly move into a Partner role
