Associate Attorney

A prestigious personal injury law firm located in Silver Spring MD is seeking an Associate Attorney. The applicant must have excellent interpersonal, writing and organizational skills. The position will allow the applicant to litigate and try his/her own cases. In addition, the applicant will have the opportunity to serve as second chair in litigation being handled by the partners. The position requires interviewing clients and prospective clients, and drafting pleadings and discovery. The applicant will handle pre-litigation personal injury claims, MD District Court litigation cases, and some overflow workers’ compensation matters.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, and must have the desire and personality for extensive client contact. The applicant must have excellent communication skills and be energetic, detail oriented, and enjoy working with a team.   

Salary commensurate with experience. Would prefer someone bilingual (Spanish speaking).
