Location

On-site role in Bradenton, Florida, with potential flexibility once fully onboarded. Relocation candidates are welcome and support may be available depending on circumstances.

Note

This role requires prior litigation experience. The firm needs someone who can jump in, handle matters independently, and move cases forward with minimal hand-holding.

Job Description

• Handle civil litigation matters primarily involving personal injury, construction litigation, and insurance defense
• Manage cases from inception through resolution with minimal supervision
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers
• Assist with strategy, case evaluation, and litigation planning
• Appear in court as needed and support trial preparation

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in Florida
• Litigation experience required, ideally in personal injury, construction defect, or insurance defense
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage cases independently and prioritize workload
• Practical, hands-on mindset with solid judgment
