Job Description
- Handle a mix of transactional and advisory legal work across business, real estate, and estate planning matters
- Lead client consultations and deliver legal solutions tailored to business owners and families
- Collaborate with colleagues in a low-drama, high-performance team environment
- Maintain a 1,400 annual billable hour target
- Engage in mentoring and continuous development within the firm
Qualifications
- Active Montana State Bar License
- No experience required; legal experience in business law, estate planning, or real estate preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of client matters
- Desire to grow long-term with a collaborative and well-supported team
