Assistant Project Manager – Commercial
Skills and Experience:
The Assistant Project Manager assists and supports the Project Manager on assigned projects. The position works under direct supervision, performs routine daily activities and gathers and distributes information. The qualified individual must be a flexible and adaptable team-player, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.
Requirements:
o B.S. Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
o 2-5 years of industry experience
o Dependability
o Computer proficiency including Microsoft suite of products
o Broad understanding of construction industry
o Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
o Basic math/accounting skills
o Functions effectively as part of a team
o Time management skills and organizational skills
o Ability to read drawings and specifications
