The Assistant Process Manager’s responsibilities are in the areas of production, customer service, and quality, while maintaining compliance with all organizational policies and procedures. The role is to be responsible for the monitoring and improvement of manufacturing and engineering processes of the injection mold machine. Injection molding process managers oversee all aspects of an injection molding process, including the set-up, operation, and repair of injection molding tools, equipment, and materials. The main duties are to prepare and produce injection-molded components to specification and ensure their quality. Issues discovered in the production process or products that don’t meet specific standards, should be resolved in this capacity. Work with Process Manager regarding related responsibilities and communicating with engineers and QA technicians.
