Aseptic Production Supervisor

Aseptic Production Supervisor (Night Shift)🕕 6pm–6am | Full-Time

Join our team as an Aseptic Production Supervisor and lead night shift operations in a fast-paced, food-safe manufacturing environment. You’ll oversee production teams, ensure quality and compliance, troubleshoot equipment, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support production staff to meet performance goals

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coach operators

• Ensure food safety, quality, and audit readiness

• Partner with maintenance and operations for optimal line performance

• Drive process improvements and support team training

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production

• Proficient with PCs and business software

• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills

• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Food/beverage manufacturing experience

• Knowledge of thermal processing or blow molding

• Familiarity with TPM and KPI reporting

• Strategic thinking and team development skills
