Manage day-to-day operations and administration of HubSpot CRM, FileMaker Pro, and third-party web applications.
Ensure all systems are fully functional, up-to-date, and optimized for user needs
Ability to create custom reports, improve functionality, and maintain data accuracy.
Perform regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal users needing support with these platforms.
Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure effective usage across departments.
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes through better use of applications.
Customize or configure systems to meet evolving business needs.
Liaise with software vendors, consultants, and developers as needed for troubleshooting, updates, and integrations
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on system functionality.
Maintain data integrity across platforms.
Generate and manage reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
Ability to understand basic fundamental processes with our Magento platform.
Support and assistance with testing/rollout and other protocols.
TECHNICAL ESSENTIALS
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience managing business applications, highly preferred, especially
HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM platforms)
FileMaker Pro
3rd party website integrations and/or web-based platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with data structure, API integrations, and cloud-based applications.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently.
Prior experience in systems administration or IT project management.
Knowledge of basic web technologies (HTML/CSS, CMS platforms, etc.).
Working knowledge of AI principles and AI integrations.
Experience training users and writing documentation.
