What You’ll Do:

🔹 Lead & Mentor – Manage a high-volume AR team, driving performance, accuracy, and compliance.
🔹 Optimize & Automate – Implement lean principles and ERP-driven efficiencies to streamline processes.
🔹 Own Key Financials – Oversee AR aging, credit approvals, collections, and month-end close.
🔹 Analyze & Manage Deductions – Ensure accurate tracking, validation, and reconciliation of deductions while developing strategies to reduce outstanding balances.
🔹 Be a Key Liaison – Collaborate with internal audit, finance, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and drive process improvements.

What You Bring:

✔ 3+ years of AR experience (1+ year in a leadership role).
✔ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AR processes, and deduction management.
✔ Hands-on ERP system implementation experience (D365 preferred).

✔ Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
