Accountant

Our Client, a growing and key player in the chemical industry, is seeking their next Site Accountant. The Site Accountant will be responsible for all site related accounting activities and will be play an integral role in the overall success of the business. This role can either be based at the company’s manufacturing site in Monterey County, CA or at their commercial offices in Des Moines, IA. The position will report into the Operational Accounting Manager.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
• Experience and proficiency using SAP
• CPA or CMA is preferred
